- What time is check-in and check-out?

Check out is from 7.30 AM until 3.00 PMOur guests can freely leave their luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
- What if I need to check in at a later time?
- Please contact us directly if you have special requirements for your late check-in after 8.00 PM.
- Can I pay using my credit card?
- Yes, we gladly accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and CartaSi.
- Cancellations and charges
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you can notify us 2 days before the date of arrival and no fee will be charged. The cancellation and no-show fee are equal to the total amount of your reservation.

- Yes, you can easily leave your car in our free private internal parking located in the garden that surrounds the villa.
